1,000's of miles of touring and countless productions later, Chris wanted to launch a company that holds client loyalty and project outcome above all. The Swiss Army Knife of the Brand.
Years of mastering special effects and managing the largest evaporative snow company on the west coast, Alex realized his passion for manufacturing and custom fabrication. The industry hasn't been the same since. He takes all the rules and tosses them out the window to create one of a kind builds through a seamless process.

After years of managing a massive production team, Lionel chose to bring his positive outlook and cheerful smile to the EFX team. Spearheading projects with his passion for perfection all in the name of the client. He's famous for "upgrading a project" to see a client have that wow moment!

Simply put, you just can't have a bad day when Roy and his team are onsite. Roy spends his days, nights, and weekends planning for project perfection. His humorous personality will keep you smiling through all of the challenges your facing. He is always the first to grab his team and lend a helping hand for a needed cause.

EFX are our “go to” guys for all of our crazy stunt/production builds! If we can think it up, they can find a way to make it happen. EFX has helped us hang aerial dancers from the top of Los Angeles City Hall for the film La La Land, built our precision decks to fly 300 light drones over Dodger Stadium for Wonder Woman and they restored and “shipwrecked” a 10,000 pound pirate ship for a Pirates of the Caribbean promotional stunt on the beach by the Santa Monica pier. We have been all over the country with them. From the many projects at Comic Con in San Diego to air shows throughout the U.S. to the Today show in N.Y.C. The list goes on!
